AceDBets takes sports betting token to Ethereum

Launched in March 2020, the company has been able to introduce a string of new and exciting features, using the pause in the sports world to host over 15 different online gambling facilities, the official press release explained.

The platform relies on bitcoin, as well as its own proprietary cryptocurrency known as AceD. However, the company announced that it would swap its AceD cryptocurrency with AceD tokens, which means that the company will be moving away from the MasterNodes platform.

Moving forward, AceDCoin will utilise the Ethereum network to help them overcome various problems experienced with the current solution.

To be able to complete the swap, developers have asked stake-holders for cooperation. They also confirmed that a swap offer was already carried out in May and that the exchange ratio would be 1:1. Commenting on the success of the May campaign, the company had this to say:

“Overall, the swap was a success, we are proud to have made history by conducting the first Crypto Swap on a sportsbook. This proves that our platform's capacity and security is top notch as there was 0 Fallout”.

Meanwhile, AceD is already discussing the possibility of merging with another project. It named Livecoin in a bid to boost its following and expand into new sectors for business. AceD has also successfully sold 50 million AceD tokens via the Graviex exchange recently.

AceDBets still has a long way to go to establish itself as a globally recognised operator, but the initial signs are promising. In the meantime, if you are looking for a great crypto sportsbook to try, we recommend checking out Cloudbet who offer a generous welcome bonus and in-play sports betting.
