Tron’s Tether volume hits $6.6 billion

The Tron network has hammered itself as the birthplace of all stablecoins in 2020 and with the mounting interest in DeFi and USDT that is understandable.

In 2020, the network presided over 1.3 billion transactions and 16 million wallets created on the ecosystem.

While Tron is home to many excellent omni-based solutions, USDT has taken a clear precedent. Tron has some $6.6 billion worth of Tether and the estimated daily volume is 300,000 USDT transactions.

This amount grew from $1 billion in January 2020 to its most recent $6.6 billion posting. The speed of stablecoin has been a clear driver in the network's popularity, and it scalability has proven an important additional asset.

Tron has allowed investors to transact huge amounts of money quickly and reliably at a time when other blockchain ecosystems began to get congested. The success of USDT will carry Tron into 2021 on a great footing.

Equally important, you can now play using Tron and USDT at numerous crypto casinos, including 1xBit, FortuneJack, and BitStarz, to name a few excellent choices.
