Trading Update: 20-26th May

We've returned to have a look at gambling cryptocurrencies performance over the past week, and it's fair to say there's been some mixed results. Last week saw some impressive upwards movement, generally across the board, but with bitcoin falling back slightly after a major jump, some betting tokens have also taken a hit.

The winners of the last week include WINk.org‘s betting token, WIN. The TRON-based token has seen a bump of 9.4% to reach an impressive market cap of over $25m. This is primarily the result of an increase in circulating supply of the token.

The operator has also embarked on a sustained program of platform improvements and content bolstering in recent weeks, and it's obviously coming to fruition. Its active social campaigns are always hyping up its burgeoning player base, while its staking and mining tools pay out more and more each week. WINk is definitely more than a casino and if it carries on as it has done, it's set to be one of the leading crypto casinos moving into the 2020's.

Following an impressive return last week, FunFair Technologies‘ FUN token has seen another dramatic price boost. In fact, it's almost edged to 20% growth over the past seven days, hitting a market cap of $18,088,422. Fans of its partner casinos, including CasinoFair, will be pleased, along with investors in the project as a whole. Players have seen game stakes bumped up recently so they can win more than ever, and its recent Japanese localisation has also shown the companies ability to penetrate outside the English-speaking audience. Should things continue as they are, FUN token holders and gamblers will continue to reap rewards from their Guaranteed Fair games and ERC-20 token price.

Performance elsewhere haven't been overly positive though. Despite this, we, at Crypto Gambling News, have a lot of faith in the listed tokens and we're well aware of the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, particularly in the gaming sector. As awareness grows in the benefits of blockchain gambling, there's likely to be a long term rise in gambling token value, so continue supporting your favourite projects and push them to continue delivering what's set to be the future of online gaming.
