2 mins read We've taken a look at some of the more popular gambling tokens, including the likes of FUN, WIN and CSC, and as a sector, the last week has looked very positive.
One of the more successful tokens of late has been BEPRO, BetProtocol's proprietary gambling token. It's not hard to see why considering its recent milestone announcements. Firstly it launched a social casino offering, and soon after followed this up with its first live casino, TKN Casino. BEPRO's market capitalisation currently stands at close to $2m, but it's expected that a functioning casino will mean increased token liquidity, and therefore, repeated weekly gains of the 11.6% it achieved this week.
FunFair Technologies also saw a significant uptick in the value of its token, FUN, this week, rising 6.5% to just over $15m in market cap. The Guaranteed Fair platform has sustained its innovation of late with today's announcement that it has increased many of its games' maximum payouts. This will be music to the ears of players at its partner casinos, including CasinoFair. The Isle of Man-licensed supplier has also recently featured boosted its profile by featuring in a retrospective documentary and succeeded in its ‘Death to Gas‘ project.
Other crypto gambling tokens have also been in the green this past seven days. These include Edgeless, with EDG rising 2.2% and BetterBetting's BETR token, which now has a market capacity of $135,822.
Although not all gaming tokens listed below have seen positive results this week, it's clear that crypto gambling continues to be a major sector in bringing blockchain and crypto technology to the masses. As this continues, it's likely that we'll continue to see similarly positive results across the board as players jump from traditional casino operators to the likes of those with proprietary tokens or those using bitcoin, such as Bitcasino.io, or TRON, as with FortuneJack.
