The serie A side will be working closely with YouHodler on a two-year deal.

Serie A side Torino has announced digital asset platform YouHodler as its official crypto partner on a two-year deal.

The partnership will see the financial technology firm gain brand exposure across a range of mediums, including on physical boards at Torino’s stadium as well as the club’s website.

YouHodler is Torino’s first venture into cryptocurrency and blockchain and will include several sponsorship activations on a global scale in a bid to attract more fans.

YouHodler CEO Ilya Volkov said: “YouHodler values traditions and relationships. Torino Football Club is one of the oldest Italian clubs built on a century of tradition and a long-lasting Italian-Swiss relationship.

“Also, the city of Torino is just around the corner from our home base in Switzerland. That makes us very close to the club, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.

“We relate deeply with the bull found on the Torino FC Logo. YouHodler, along with the club, embodies the hard-working, strong, and ambitious attributes that the Club represents. Together, we will reach new heights for the club, for YouHodler, and all the fans as well.”

YouHodler successfully gained official approval and registration by Organismo Agenti e Mediator (OAM) within Italy to provide cryptocurrency services earlier this year.

The Swiss-based organisation is also planning to further enhance its roots within Italy by opening a physical office in the region.
