SportX project lead Andrew Young has shared a number of key points that he and the team believe are driving SportX forward.
Not only that, but Young created a list of criteria companies must meet to be successful in providing digital betting products.
First, SportX has been successful in onboarding mainstream users, showing them the power of blockchain and crypto betting.
The project has always understood that non-DeFi users are more reluctant to embrace new technology, but mainstream users are also keen on exploring untapped markets. Part of the success was the approach towards mainstream users and specifically the email login-based wallets used.
Young noted that users must see the benefits of crypto projects by displaying all transactions instantaneously so mainstream users can immediately see the difference.
Another angle is the introduction of stablecoins like $DAI and the proper terminology, i.e, digital US dollar.
He said for the best results, you need to make sure to integrate great payment processors that allow players to convert their FIAT currency into crypto right away.
Building a chat function into the project is another useful and powerful way to make the community feel integrated, he said.
Young also advised explaining the terms of decentralized exchanges and making them easy to understand, as well as investing in customer support and being as helpful as possible for consumers.
Last but not least, every crypto project should excel at social media and advertising, he explained.
