This week’s readers’ poll focuses on what attracts you – the reader – to a blockchain casino or sportsbook.
A quick glance at how the leading operators market their products gives a clear idea of what they believe to be their USPs.
Perhaps top of the list is decentralisation and provable fairness. It makes sense that this has been the focus for many, given that it is the key differentiator between blockchain gambling and betting with a traditional, fiat currency operator.
But is this enough for users if the quality of the product isn’t up to scratch? How important is the volume (and quality) of games to your decision?
Another factor in play is the ease of use and overall player experience. How fast is the site in processing your wagers and letting you withdraw your funds? Is registration simple to navigate? And what about the KYC requirements? Are you even allowed to register from your place of residence? Would you prefer to gamble on a site that allows your to remain anonymous?
Or perhaps there are other reasons that play a bigger role? Do you only gamble with currencies that you are also invested in? Are bonuses or promotions the deciding factor?
