According to a poll, 25% of all British investors would have been able to turn at least £1m in profits by getting in on the Bitcoin rush in 2020.
Some 2,000 British investors were surveyed for the poll by think-tank Parliament Street, of which 29% said that the bullish run has made them more likely to invest in Bitcoin.
On the other hand, The Great Cryptocurrency Report, found 31% believed that they “have missed the boat” and they would not be investing. Some 31% predicted that Bitcoin’s price will hit £69,000, or a 23% increase based on current prices. But 18% expect to see Bitcoin hit £100,000.
Meanwhile, people like Kraken CEO Jesse Powell expect Bitcoin to hit $1m within a decade, a number that could mean that nobody has really missed anything, if true.
Nevertheless, the poll revealed that more than half of the interviewed investors have no immediate interest in investing in any type of crypto just yet.
