Dr. Craig Wright, the self-billed creator of Bitcoin, or Satoshi Nakamoto, is closer to drawing a line under his libel claims against podcaster Peter McCormack.
The spat between the two began when Wright announced that he was the creator of the world's most famous cryptocurrency and McCormack publicly denounced the claim, calling Wright out on what he said was a lie.
Wright initiated a libel claim against McCormack as a response to the accusations.
McCormack has indeed lost the case and has acknowledged his mistake, most recently admitting that the lawsuit presented substantial evidence that Wright was indeed Satoshi Nakamoto.
Craig Wright submitted a crazy amount of evidence that he is Satoshi in my lawsuit. What’s your point? https://t.co/Y130Zaw7vy

Following the spat, stablecoin operator Tether withdrew support from McCormack as well and the case seems to have been settled. While Wright had all the evidence to win a case in court, does this mean he is indeed Satoshi Nakamoto?
Perhaps, but the crypto community may prefer to stick with the idea that Nakamoto is an unnamed individual – or even a group of individuals.
Meanwhile, the BTC’s recent bullish run has been quite strong, prompting a flurry of activity on popular gambling websites such as Bitcasino, BitStarz, and 1xBit.
