Mana Games will introduce a win-to-earn P2P competition model held on the science-backed blockchain.

Multichain web 3.0 gaming portal Mana Games has partnered with the Concordium blockchain.

The partnership will introduce a unique win-to-earn P2P competition model with self-sovereign identity built on the layer-1 blockchain.

Supporting an integrated self-storage ID framework, Concordium is designed to balance both privacy and accountability.

Mana Games’ overarching goal is to support the fusion of web 3.0 advantages into web 2.0 games, a feature that is expected to launch by the end of January.

The social esports application focuses on enabling players to create, compete, and earn NFTs, cryptocurrencies and tokens through esports challenges and tournaments.

The aim is to leverage its players' skills to help maximize their income by joining existing challenges or creating their own to compete with friends.

By using Concordium’s web 3.0 ID in its win-to-earn model, Mana Games’ user security verification and streamlined payment process will be enhanced for its tournaments’ winners.

Mana Games co-founder Joseph Tran said: “We're excited to leverage the Concordium blockchain capabilities and work with the amazing games built within this ecosystem. 2023 will be a pivotal year for web3 gaming and esports!”
