Gam3 Awards 2022 winners announced

The 16 award winners will share more than $1m worth of prizes sponsored by crypto companies.

The inaugural Web3 gaming event Gam3 Awards 2022 has announced its winners.

Since the Gam3 Awards is in association with integrated blockchain gaming ecosystem Polkastarter Gaming, the company took to Twitter to share its congratulations.

“We can’t wait to see what’s in store for you, and the entire industry in 2023”, read the post.

The winners include Big Time, taking home game of the year and best adventure game;  Illuvium, awarded best RPG; Star Atlas, best graphics; and Superior, named best action game.

Others include Blankos, Metalcore, Gods Unchained, EV.IO, Shrapnel, Thetan Arena, League of Kingdoms, Brycenty and The Harvest.

Spread across 16 categories, the crowned companies are said to be a “true testament to the strength of Web 3.0 gaming and its bright future”.

The decision was down to 250 thousand votes cast and shared between more than 40 thousand voters. Then, the final nominees were narrowed down to 32 unique games.

All winners will reportedly share more than $1m in prizes sponsored by several companies. These include Arcade, Blockchain Game Alliance, Elixir, Galxe, Hacken, HackenProof, Immutable X, Machinations, MetaCon, Naavik, Shorooq, Ultra and Venly.
