FunFair adds social element to platform

The changes are cosmetic, but they are aimed at creating a more engaging environment for all, with players able to pick nicknames and predefined avatars.

FunFair Technologies is a provider of gambling software that runs on Ethereum. As such, the FUN token, which is the unique currency used on casinos powered by FunFair, has been growing in popularity.

Now, though, players will feel like they belong more to the community, thanks to the social elements and relevant adjustments to the gaming experience. FunFair Technologies itself isn't a casino, though, but the platform that supports other casinos, such as CasinoFair, operating its software, and it’s their players who are set to benefit.

FunFair also runs a dedicated FunFair Wallet, which facilitates fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto transactions making the entire process easier for every party involved.

FunFair Technologies has acknowledged the challenge of attracting players who are ready to take up the FUN token for their betting and gaming activities, but the company has nevertheless been able to register incremental growth. The Wallet has even granted access to third-party dapps in a bid to grow its ecosystem and attract valuable partners across the board.

The network has been growing rapidly in recent months, adding a number of new casino brands. Besides, CasinoFair, players can now play at other established venues, such as CasinoFair Japan, KingTiger.io and Crypto Casino, all of which are powered by FunFair Technologies.

In June, the network hit 4,000 players, which is an impressive milestone by itself. The company's future plans are to continue to scale the network and secure more players who engage fully with its Guaranteed Fair gaming proposition.

A great way to do this is by adding social elements as the company has just done.
