Go Mojo has been developed with the help of Redpill, a media and marketing specialist, hoping to capitalise on players’ specific preferences and offer a quick gameplay with virtual currencies.
Using blockchain technology in the gaming sector is not new. Earlier this year, Atari has created its own proprietor token which the company will use for its own casino. The token was already integrated with the Arkane Network, allowing developers to use the token as part of the dapp ecosystem.
Tron, another cryptocurrency popularly used as part of the blockchain gaming experience, was added to the Galaxy Store in April. Meanwhile, all players in Go Mojo will get 30 credits upon sign-up and be able to earn more by watching adds or by referring other players.
Meanwhile, the platform already runs a decent variety of games to try. There is Go Mojo, Go 100 and Go Lucky all of which has shaped up as some of the most popular ones. Go Mojo, though, has quickly proven to be a player-favorite.
Players stand to win up to €100,000 in weekly wins on Wednesdays and Sundays. Go Lucky, on the other hand, has weekly raffles, including a €500 prize draw every Monday. Online crypto gaming is quickly establishing itself.
It remains to be seen whether FDJ will continue to explore the blockchain space but this first move is a major boon for a niche sector that has grown at a rapid pace in recent years.
