Esports betting has arrived with six select titles that FortuneJack believes will offer the most interest to its player base. These are CS: GO, Dota II, League of Legends, StarCraft, Overwatch and King of Glory.
Presently, CS: GO is the most watched competitive video game globally, clocking around 20 million hours watched in March 2020 according to Newzoo, an analytics firm, so FortuneJack seem correct in its summation.
In the operator’s official release, FortuneJack has expressed a belief that competitive video gaming is no less entertaining than sports – something that the community will now put to a test.
There have been some challenges with esports, such as match-fixing, but the appropriate legal measures are already being taken.
Last year, CryptoGamblingNews.com covered the addition of esports by another market leader, DECENT.bet, and more recently, Cloudbet also added esports to its platform.
