FootballCoin launches Fantasy Football World Cup 2022

Prizes won in the game’s native cryptocurrency XFC can be converted into cash.

Blockchain-powered fantasy football game FootballCoin has announced the launch of the Fantasy Football World Cup 2022.

Inspired by the World Cup, the game gives players the chance of earning crypto prizes and collecting in-game NFTs. The unique NFTs can be used to enhance a user’s fantasy football squad.

FootballCoin acts as a free-to-play game featuring cryptocurrency prizes that can be converted into actual money. Rather than gambling, players are challenged to use their football knowledge to win the prizes.

FootballCoin will host World Cup fantasy football contests for each match of the tournament. During the event, players can earn bonus prizes by participating in two new challenges.

The first of the two challenges will reward the best FootballCoin team members based on the total points accrued during the World Cup.

The top leaders of each category will win prizes with a value of up to 50,000 XFC, the game’s native cryptocurrency that is transferable by users of FootballCoin inside and outside of the game.

The token can be used to pay competition fees or purchase in-game footballer and stadium cards. It can also be traded for other cryptocurrencies that include Bitcoin on exchanges such as WhiteBit.

Featuring contests from 11 international leagues, FootballCoin holds more than 400 collectible player cards that are already available on the market where users can compete to own one or more of the 49 stadiums.
