Exodus Wallet Incorporates Esports Betting

Exodus wallet was one of the first available that could handle multiple cryptocurrencies. It has been upgrading its wallet since its inception in 2015. Exodus wallet is non-custodial, which means as a customer, you have control over your keys and the company has zero control over your funds. The wallet handles multiple blockchain currencies as well as hosts many decentralized applications.

Exodus Wallet has now released a new feature that will connect with SportX, an online casino and sports betting application. This release will connect Exodus Wallet users with the millions of other users who use SportX for a wide range of sports and esports betting. Users of the wallet can use a range of cryptocurrencies to place wagers.

Sports betting and cryptocurrency casinos have been growing rapidly around the world. Smart contracts make deposits and withdrawals quicker and cheaper. The immutable ledger makes for an easy way to prove transactions and audit platforms. The automated payment systems that blockchain enables makes for cheap overhead, which can be translated into higher bonuses and better payouts to players.

SportX has a wide range of options available to its customers. The minimum bet on the platform is $5 in USDC stable coins. The coins can be sent directly from the Exodus wallet or converted from over 100 cryptocurrencies that the wallet supports. The transaction fees on the network are negligible due to the platform running on the Polygon network.

Esports continues to rise in the crypto gambling community. The latest craze in the industry is Halo, which has stepped back into the spotlight and offered great maps and very balanced play. Halo’s reemergence into esports has been incredibly exciting, the kick-off happened on Nov 24th. Many players are excited to see how the competitions develop and there are many betting opportunities to be had.

SportX is currently available in multiple countries. South America, Canada, South America, and most European and Asian countries can participate. France, the Netherlands, and the United States cannot actively participate at this time due to online gambling regulations in their countries.

While some states in the US have shifted to allow cryptocurrency online sports betting, a majority still do not. Things are looking bullish for regulation changes as online sports betting has grown in popularity.
