Esports organization Into the Breach Collabs with will be investing $1m in Into the Breach on a yearly basis

UK-based esports entity Into the Breach (ITB) has partnered with rapidly growing crypto casino and sportsbook The deal, announced on June 4, 2024, includes a large cash injection as well as strategic rebranding.

As part of the partnership, ITB is renaming its Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) and Dota divisions to ITB.Shuffle Esports. This signifies a new era for the organization, which hopes to field highly competitive rosters and increase fan involvement.

ITB CEO and founder Sam Cook said:

“ is a trusted brand and reputable in the betting space, and this integrated partnership will allow both brands to reach new heights unattainable before. It will mean long-term support for high-calibre rosters that will compete at the very top of the esports mantle, alongside tournaments, fan engagement and new community initiatives.”

As part of this agreement, $1m will be invested by each year to create globally recognized teams within the organization.

Cook further added:

“This is ITB bigger, better, and with far-reaching impact – merging Shuffle’s esports aspirations with our own infrastructure and talent. Skies the limit with this partnership – ITB x Shuffle Esports.”

However, it’s not just about the money. In addition to financial aid, ITB will be running the Shuffle Masters series alongside their partners at – a tournament designed as a platform for up-and-coming Tier 2-3 teams to compete against one another on even footing and with prize pools that are expected to encourage growth in these areas, too. Additionally, there are plans in place for several community-driven projects including events across the popular gaming platform FaceIt.

Later this month new rosters are set to be unveiled by ITB in games such as CS2, Halo & Rainbow Six: Siege — all titles where ITB have maintained top-level presence over recent years — which should see some big names join the fold.

Shuffle CEO and co-founder, Noah Dummett commented:
