BNB Chain has partnered with Swiss-based gaming firm Gaimin and community launchpad Seedify.
By partnering with Gaimin, the BNB chain hoped to build on its previous agreement with the company concerning esports and marketing.
However, the new agreement will see both firms collaborate to support gaming development.
BNB Chain partner growth and gamefi leader Walter Lee said: “We selected Gaimin to become our first partner for a web3 esports growth initiative after reviewing their business model and assessing their ability to reach the global gaming community.
“We are particularly excited by Gaimin’s approach to developing web3-based technologies that allow games, developers, and most importantly gamers, to benefit from this growth market.”
By partnering with Seedify, both organizations will focus on different areas of gaming to support all aspects of web 3.0 games.
Seedify confirmed that its agreement with BNB Chain will focus on incubators and launchpads, all the while supporting projects through research and services like hackathons and grants.
After recently initiating a global gaming hackathon with video game developer CyberConnect, further solidifying its focus on blockchain games, BNB Chain is hosting an ongoing Game Jam developer competition throughout February.
