BetterBetting preps for new football season

BetterBetting sportsbook platform has been live since the World Cup, but the team behind it is ramping up its offering ahead of the new European football season.

New markets have been added to the sports betting website and Android app as the season gets underway, giving users the chance to wager BETR tokens on markets including the English Premier League.

We provided comprehensive markets for all World Cup games including in-game markets and the level of laying provided wide betting opportunities from the start,” said BetterBetting CEO and founder Adriaan Brink.

“We naturally encountered some challenges, especially concerning gas fees on the Ethereum network, but we’re working on enhancements in the short term to mitigate the costs.  In the longer term we’re looking for more robust Blockchain solutions while still retaining our core commitment to keeping the betting process on chain and decentralised.”

“We are on track, delivering what our White Paper promised, on time and with a nomination for ‘Best Cryptocurrency Gaming Platform’ in the CEEG Awards, things are looking promising for BETR.”

BetterBetting also said it had been listed on the Changelly exchange, allowing customers to purchase the tokens on site using credit cards. The team added it was working on further payment options to simplify the process.

BETR was trading at $0.015 giving it a market cap of $2.4 million. You can buy BETR tokens by clicking this link.
