According to the platform, slots should arrive to BetProtocol’s network no later than September of this year. Initial testing has been completed, BetProtocol reported, finalising certain aspects of the user interface, as well as securing partnerships with best-in-class companies that develop slot games in the first place.

BetProtocol believes that by adding slots to its offering, it would allow players to enjoy a state-of-the-art gaming experience in a new, transparent environment. There will also be in-house games to liven up the portfolio and make for a more versatile and exclusive offer.

BetProtocol already offers its software to partner companies in need of setting up a gambling operation. The company expects to scale its product globally and create a full turnkey solution to facilitate gaming for both desktop and mobile users.

Most recently, BetProtocol listed on Uniswap with its token $BEPRO. The company also announced it’s making a bigger focus on esports with a new home page that detailed a lot of the company’s efforts in the competitive video gaming segment.

Of course, BetProtocol’s ambition to develop esports software in the blockchain betting space isn’t new. We previously spoke with the project’s COO Justin Wu who confirmed the project’s aspirations.

BetProtocol has been on a positive trajectory of late. Esports betting is a growing segment and one that is definitely going to stick. Many companies adapted and developed their portfolios to feature more esports betting options. Cloudbet, Wagerr, and FortuneJack were among the companies to have improved their own video gaming betting products during the ongoing pandemic.
